At plant level, we have implemented plastic-free and waste recycling policies. At company level, we promote international mobility and we sustain diversity in our teams.
SUSTAINABILITY
Composite Materials represent our core business and they are constantly evolving. For this reason, besides the use of Carbon Fiber, we are developing and implementing the use of alternative materials, originating from natural raw materials, such as Flax Fiber.
In addition to being an ecological material, it is resistant to UV rays, shocks and corrosion. Moreover, it absorbs vibrations and insulates from electricity and heat. The use of this material saves space and mass, both of which are fundamental in a sector played on grams and cents, such as Motorsport.
EDUCATION
Since 2016 Bercella partners with Innovation Farm, a structured form of collaboration between Technical and Professional Schools, Training Bodies and local companies.
The purpose of each of the elements mentioned above is to create an integrated system of highly specialized education, to shape a territorial system capable of producing the skills it needs.
